Pavan Goyal:

A man with a vision to give children what they deserve, Pavan Goyal committed his entire life to transforming the education system. As the first step in his mission Pavan educated himself with the required trainings and has diligently worked on the curriculum suitable to train teachers accomplish a higher level of Montessori teaching methodologies.

A never to rest soul, Pavan has chosen the less treaded path of nurturing the Montessori education system in India. He has pledged to make a difference to the world of education in India by conducting workshops. His Orange Octagon is an example of his undeterred enthusiasm in conducting workshops to train teachers in Montessori curriculum stands tall.

Pavan has an MBA from Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Hyderabad and a long list of accolades to his credit. In 2000, he along with five partners created www.ApEducation.com with astounding success and later sold it to Anjani Cement. A relentless desire to serve people drove Pavan to build “Mana Bazar” which a non-store grocery unit. Mana Bazar went on to make 1800 customers that Pavan sold in 2002 to Fabmall.

His calling for Montessori happened in 2004 with training from AMI Netherlands, for 3-6 years old group; trained in birth to 3 years in 2006 from Ami, USA.

Following Montessori principles and guidelines, Pavan opened Blue Blocks Pre-school in 2008. Pavan has been conducting Positive Parenting workshops since 2007 and has reached more than 8000 parents. He has been actively developing the curriculum since 2009 and has given final shape to it to organize workshops. Pavan was listed as one of the Top 30 in “Business world young entrepreneur award 2010”.

Munira Hussain:

Mrs Munira Hussain heads Curriculum Design at Orange Octagon. Munira fosters identical commitment towards child education and parent education, as the founder. Munira is a graduate in Psychology and was awarded the University Gold Medal in Psychology in the year 2003-2004. Subsequent to her graduation, her interest in understanding human psychology, made her pursue the Montessori Primary Training for the age group of 3 – 6 year old children, which is certified by AMI Netherlands. She also has two and half years experience working as a Communication Analyst and Trainer with a Merittrac Services Private Limited. She has been working on and designing the Orange Octagon Curriculum since the last two and a half years.
